ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your items and shipping information. Please review these details carefully (including country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if you notice any inaccuracies. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

 

ORDER TRACKING
 

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order details. After your item ships, we will send a Shipment Confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, shipping date and time, order status, and tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

DELIVERY

 

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure items are delivered safely. If your item is damaged during transit, please email us at info@nowords.art within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damage so we can promptly assess and resolve the matter.

If possible, document any delivery issues (such as damaged, soaked, torn, or bent packages) upon receipt, and report them to the carrier.

 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

ABOUT TAXES

 

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and rates may vary by location.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will make every effort to process the order as quickly as possible once conditions improve. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. For returns not related to item defects, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.
