RETURN POLICY
All sales of socks are final and not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an incorrect size, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, and we’ll fix the issue with free returns and exchanges. In such cases, your order will be accepted for return or exchange if it is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. After this time, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please ensure they have not been unboxed.
Please contact us before returning any items to confirm that the return is approved.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment method.
PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your PayPal account to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted there.
Next, contact PayPal support, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Also, reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing delay before the refund is reflected in your bank account.

SHIPPING
To return your purchase, please contact us at info@nowords.art. We will provide instructions, and you can return the item once you receive confirmation. Returns made without prior confirmation may not be processed, and we might not be able to identify the sender, which could impact your refund.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The return or exchange policy applies only to socks purchased directly from nowords.art. If you purchased your NOWORDS socks from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly.
Once your package is received and verified to ensure that the items are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund or provide an exchange for all eligible items.
Please note that all items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. If a returned item does not meet these criteria, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refunded amount.
For all returns, customers are responsible for the shipping fee, except in cases where the socks are defective or damaged upon arrival. In those instances, we will cover the return shipping cost after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
