RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and hangtags intact. Items that are worn, damaged, or missing packaging may not be accepted. An $8 restocking fee will apply to the refund, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive an incorrect size, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return or exchange in line with our standard return policy.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment method.
PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your PayPal account to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted there.
Next, contact PayPal support, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Also, reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing delay before the refund is reflected in your bank account.

SHIPPING
To return your purchase, please contact us at info@nowords.art. We will provide instructions, and you can return the item once you receive confirmation. Returns made without prior confirmation may not be processed, and we might not be able to identify the sender, which could impact your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect.

Once your package is received and verified to ensure that the items are in their original condition, we will issue a refund or provide an exchange for all eligible items.
Please note that all items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. If a returned item does not meet these criteria, we may not accept the return.
For all returns, customers are responsible for the shipping fee, except in cases where the items are defective. In those instances, we will cover the return shipping cost after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
