Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or if your parcel is held by customs. Special circumstances can cause delays of up to 5 business days. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to factors beyond our control.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your items and shipping information. Please review these details carefully (including country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if you notice any inaccuracies. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. After your item ships, we’ll send a Shipment Confirmation email with your order number, carrier details, shipping date and time, order status, and tracking number. You can begin tracking your shipment on the carrier’s website within 24 hours.

When your package arrives at its destination, local postal services will take over. You can continue tracking it on the local postal service’s website using the same tracking number. If a delivery issue arises, please contact your local post office first, as they will have the most up-to-date information.

Please note that tracking is available for 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with tracking inquiries beyond that timeframe.

 

DELIVERY

 

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure items are not damaged. If your item is damaged during transit, please email us at info@nowords.art within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

When contacting us, please include a photo of the damage for faster resolution.

If possible, document any delivery issues (such as damaged, soaked, torn, or bent packages) upon receipt, and report them to the carrier.

 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

 

MISSING ITEMS

ABOUT TAXES

 

Once your order is placed, no additional charges will apply within the continental U.S.

 

EXTENDED DELIVERY TIME

 

Delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections, severe weather, or strikes. If your order experiences a delay, please contact us via email at info@nowords.art within 24 hours of placing your order. We will promptly investigate the issue with the shipping provider. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will make every effort to process the order as quickly as possible once conditions improve. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. For returns not related to item defects, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.
